At theradiancejewels, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unworn and in its original condition.

  • Be returned in the original packaging, including all tags, pouches, and boxes.

  • Not be a final sale or customized item (e.g., engraved, personalized designs).

Please note: For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return:

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and processed, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Send clear photos of the item and packaging to theradiancejewels.in@gmail.com

  • We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Customized or personalized jewellery

  • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
